Wonderful location right on the harbour. This hostel is quite small and has a homely atmosphere. All the facilties are exceptionally clean and well presented with a good range of kitchen equipment for use by the guests. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. One of the best hostels I have stayed in and I would definitely book again on a return trip to Cornwall.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right next to popular attractions and the river. the views of the Harbor are spectacular and the hotel is well-equipped with kitchen gadgets and spacious rooms. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. the sunsets can be viewed from the cliff edge nearby and the helpful folder makes exploring walks around the area easy.
The lack of parking can be inconvenient and visitors not cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen can be off-putting.

Being right by the water, the location was peaceful and scenic. I could self cater to save money. The hotel was on the coast path and also on a bus route ( I made the whole journey there and back using public transport as I don't drive or own a car). The member of staff at reception was friendly and helpful.

Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us great recommendations for things to do and see during our stay.
The temperature in the room. It was uncomfortably hot, even with the windows open.
